Availability
At Zamakerr Clothing Co. we continually update our clothing line selection to ensure we are current and fresh with our offerings. Most items are available in limited quantities and will either be sold out or be replaced with new merchandise. The unique factor is very important to our business model and as such we limit our production quantities. Our product availabilty is updated frequently to avoid any inconvenience.
Shipping / Delivery
Zamakerr Clothing Co. ships all items paid for via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise elected for faster delivery options USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail which can be selected in the checkout area.
Please note that USPS First Class Mail is the only shipping option available in the checkout area for international orders. Please do contact us at zamakerrclothingco@hotmail.com for prompt assistance on any shipping upgrade for interantional orders.
Most orders are shipped within 6-11 business day unless noted otherwise. All processing and shipping of orders will only be done Monday thru Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or Federal Holidays.
Shipping USPS First Class Mail, on average, takes 3-5 business days until delivery.
Shipping USPS Priority Mail, on average, takes 2-3 business days until delivery.
Shipping USPS Express Mail, on average, takes 1-2 business days until delivery.
Shipping International USPS First Class Mail, on average, takes about 3-6 weeks sometimes a little more due to customs and other unforseen issues which is beyond our control.
**All international orders must be paid via paypal and the address must be verified.
**We do not accept personal or international checks.
Rush Orders
All expedited orders are shipped by the 3rd business day unless otherwise noted via the shipping option selected during the checkout process. Please note the rush fee of $10.00 is nonrefundable.
Payment
Zamakerr Clothing Co. prefer all payments to be made using paypal secure checkout.
The checkout area offers two payment options:
PAYPAL (only for customers who have a paypal account)
PAYPAL PRO (for customers wishing to pay with a debit or credit card securely by Paypal; Paypal account not necessary)
Refunds and Exchanges
It is our goal to provide our customers with fair but flexible refund and exchange options. Refunds where applicable and exchanges are gladly accepted when postmarked and returned within 10 days of arrival to you. Items returned after this time frame will be returned for store credit only. A $5.00, restocking fee will be charged on ALL returned / exchange clothing or hair accessories.

• All items must be unworn, unlaundered, and with original tags where applicable.
• If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
• A shipping service that provides tracking and insurance is highly recommended, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
• We cannot refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
• All sale items and seasonal items are final sale, unless an error occurred on our part.

All items leaving Zamakerr Clothing Co. are packaged for that first impression and the long trip ahead. We ensure in the packaging process all items are inspected for top quality.
